Welcome to QuizNeko. By using this service you agree to the following terms. The service is provided as-is for educational and recreational purposes.

1. Account & Access

Anyone may register a free account using email/password or a supported social sign-in (e.g. Google). You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. QuizNeko reserves the right to refuse or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Content & Conduct

You agree not to upload illegal, harassing, or copyrighted content. You may not attempt to bypass security mechanisms (image rendering, anti-scraping) or scrape quiz content programmatically.

3. Point Accrual

Points may be awarded for quiz-solving activity, contribution to the platform, and other actions designated by QuizNeko.
The amount awarded per action is determined by the points formula, which QuizNeko may adjust at its discretion.
Points are recorded as ledger entries with up to six decimal places and are non-transferable.

4. Refund / Withdrawal Conditions

Points may be redeemed for cash refund only when all of the following conditions are met: (a) the user has completed identity verification, (b) the user's balance is at least the published minimum withdrawal threshold, and (c) the request passes anti-fraud review.
Minimum withdrawal amount: 5,000 P (subject to change with prior notice).
The actual refund feature is currently disabled and will be enabled at a later date. Until then, accrued points are retained in your account.

5. Prohibition of Fraud & Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to inflate rewards or claim referral bonuses is prohibited.
If the same device, IP, payout method, or identity verification is reused across accounts, rewards may be canceled.
Use of bots, automation, scripts, or coordinated answer sharing to obtain points is prohibited.
Confirmed abuse results in revocation of all accrued points, denial of refund, and suspension or deletion of the account.
QuizNeko may pursue legal remedies in cases of intentional fraud.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Pending points in suspended accounts are forfeited.
